Free Software That Isn't Really Free
I don't think software should be identified as being free (freeware) if it's only free for the length of the trial period, or if parts of the program aren't functional until it's registered. In my opinion, freeware should be software that costs nothing to download and it should be 100% functional! It's very irritating to download a program that identifies problems but won't correct them until you pay a registration fee. It's usually very easy to install a program, but many people do not know how to remove them after they've learned, too late, that it isn't fully functional. That is NOT what I call freeware!
